Rubina Tarabocchia

I worked with Rubina at eDreams ODIGEO during more than 3 years. She took over the responsibility of the metasearch team and lead an exceptionally successful growth in her team and the team's results. Working closely with all business and IT teams, she has managed to build and maintain successful relationships with all areas, thanks to her very collaborative attitude, intercultural communication skills and professionalism. I had the opportunity to know Rubina on 2 different aspects. First of all during my job at Easyvoyage where I met her as a client, being my contact point at eDreams ODIGEO. I had then the occasion to know Rubina as a manager, as she recruited me to join her team at Odigeo. I have therefore discovered her skills as a team leader and her excellent knowledge of the travel industry.
